The German National Tourist Board has created a walking, interactive, highly immersive, and accessible virtual reality world about Germany's natural landscapes. In the app, “visitors” can choose different locations, media, and levels of interaction. It involves multiple senses. Roast marshmallows over the fire, touch various items, and get tips for sustainable travel. You can even lie in a tent and stargaze.
