PassPlayer is a standalone VR video player for PICO. Bring your own compatible videos and choose your media sources.
YOUR MEDIA, ONE LIBRARY
Open videos on your headset, browse user-configured SMB or WebDAV folders, or open compatible media URLs. Organize your library with history, favorites, tags and folders. Hiding an item does not delete its original file.
COMFORTABLE VIEWING
Use PICO controllers to browse, pause, seek, adjust volume and return to your library. Play compatible VR180 and stereoscopic videos. Choose optional passthrough backgrounds and video passthrough effects for compatible material. Hold Home to recenter your viewing direction.
LOCAL FIRST
No PassPlayer account is required for core local, network-folder or compatible-URL playback. Local files can play offline. Remote sources require access to their servers. English and Simplified Chinese are supported.
CUSTOM THIRD-PARTY SOURCES
Connect compatible independent sources through configurable interfaces. A source may require its own account or existing authorization. Third parties independently provide and manage their content and services. PassPlayer provides playback and interface tools; it does not provide video content, content subscriptions or an audiovisual service, and does not grant rights to third-party media.
Remote playback requires a stable network. Compatibility and availability depend on the file, selected source, network and headset.
