Selection of learning units (aligned with training fields): - Fundamentals of Metalworking: Materials, occupational safety, handling of tools and machines - Technical Drawing & CAD: Standards, dimensioning, 2D/3D design, digital manufacturing documents - Manufacturing Technology: Cutting and non-cutting processes, joining methods, surface treatment - Machine and System Assembly: Assembly processes, measurement and testing methods, maintenance - Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Circuit diagrams, components, control systems, practice-oriented tasks - CNC Technology: Programming, simulation, machining, and quality control - Quality Assurance: Measuring and testing methods, documentation, error analysis This way, trainees experience their entire training interactively, in a connected and practice-oriented manner – with mind, hand, and heart.
